Why We Are Different
Saint Louis University's School of Public Health, of which we are a part, is fully accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health, the premiere accrediting agency in the public health education arena. Saint Louis University is a Jesuit institution, providing a rigorous mission-based education for "the whole person"—mind, body, heart and spirit.
Our advanced degree programs have a strong emphasis on biological terrorism and infection control that makes our program unique. Furthermore, the distance-based format of the MS and certificate program allows students to complete these programs from any location, and to study course content at times that best suit personal needs.
Finally, our graduates work in public and private organizations at the local, state, federal and international level, and make significant contributions in the public health, disaster preparedness and response, and public policy arenas.
